Of course you have to change the path to the images and install it manually but it's easy.

Edit: a more detailed instruction:

  • Install the original CrystalX design.
  • Download the 1024x Version from the above link.
  • unzip the package
  • upload all files from the folder "design" of the unzipped archive to the folder "/public/cid<n>/CrystalX" of your bigace installation (where <n> is the number of your community)
  • edit the file "css/main.css", change al entry containing "url("../design/<name of picture file>")" to "url("<name of picture file>")"
  • if you changed the original stylesheet in the past you have to make these changes to the new stylesheet too, of course
  • copy the text of your new stylesheet and paste in in the bigace administration into your stylesheet "CrystalX_Main_Stylesheet" instead of the text there.

that´s it. You have the 1024x version of CrystalX now.

I have Created a new version 1.2
This have one bugfix and built-in support for Google AdSense
Just fill in your "Google AdSense Publisher ID" in the Google.AdSense section of the Configuration in Administration Dashboard
(Google.AdSense.ID)

Then activate any (or all) of the "Google.AD.in.*" the CrystalX.Design section of the Configuration in Administration Dashboard
You are now done Smiley

To further customize, create your own ADs at Google: https://www.google.com/adsense/
and fill in the AD's ID in the Google.AdSense section of the Configuration in Administration Dashboard

it has 3 kinds of AD's
728x90 (in the bottom of the page)
160x90
120x240

i Use this color scheme:
Border: #CEDBF9
Title: #A0B9F3
Background: #CEDBF9
Text: #000000
URL: #4F6AD7

New version again..

Version 1.3:
+ Added support for XL mode (Width 1024)
- Removed an info about google_ad_id not configured
+ Added configuration fields for google and Yahoo metadata (seo)
+ try to fix an error about comment_counter even if comments not enabled (comments not installed)

If you set the CrystalX.design Key XL to TRUE you get the wide version

The new configuration fields can also be used for any other kinds of metatags.. they appear directly after the <HEAD> html tag

Version 1.4:
  * Requires 2.7.5
  - Fixed "Back to Top" when using XL
  + Added "W3C XHTML v1.0 validated" logo/check button on help-page
  + Use a file uploaded from within BIGACE as favicon.ico
  - Fixed Printer Friendly for Google Chrome, IE8 (without compability)
    and Mozilla FireFox
  - Changed XL default to false
  - Fixed non working seo metatags (Yahoo Site Explorer & Google Webmaster Central)
  - Fix - dont show description header, if empty
