Hello fellow BigAcers:

The original idea was to build a site that was essentially a collection of open-source projects; alas, an organized collection that can be easily perused by both users and developers alike. Let's just say that it ended up a bit bigger than that.

After two long years of building it up and tearing it down, tweaking ideas, themes, categories, etc. it has evolved into . . .http://oss.zentu.net

There are still a few things to be accomplished, but with over 550 projects (including bigace, of course) it's definitely off to a good start. If anyone notices a major blunder, miscategorization, broken link, obvious non open-source project included, please do let me know; allow me to chalk it up to hacking on lack of sleep. Otherwise, enjoy the free advertising!

Where is your site hosted concretely?
You are collecting backlinks to http://oss.zentu.net, but the links on the page point to http://www.zentu.net.
Make sure not to spread the backlink power between different domains without need.

Great feedback -- thanks. . .  it has been fixed to point to http://www.bigace.de/

I knew there was a reason I wanted to notify the featured sites.  Inter-continental domain issues and all that.   

1&1 is my domain host; the CMS part of the site is technically located at http://www.zentu.net/oss, but it shows up at the subdomain:  http://oss.zentu.net, so I don't think it hurts leaving out the www (since it's a site-wide redirect feature) but better safe than sorry. 

When I started the project I had no idea there were so many open-source CMSes out there.  This has been quite the task, but from what I've been hearing from many happy users, it's long overdue.
