Our IRC channel is now up. For live chat support don't hesitate to head over there. It lives on irc.freenode.net #bigace

How-To use our IRC channel:
mIRC guide (MS Windows)

Hello! Kevin, if you are not against the IRC, we can create for your channel to better support users and developers. I just thought it would be nice if all the users of the system would be able to quickly help each other.

Regards, Oleg.

You can use it with any IRC-client (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IRC_clients#Clients for most popular clients list) or without it via web-interface at http://webchat.freenode.net/

Hi Oleg,
I am just not very experienced (lets say almost not at all) with the IRC.
Its one of the parts within the Internet I hardly ever came across.
But, believe it or not, I ha the same idea a couple of days ago, when I was thinking about support for the migrating process from Bigace 2 to Bigace 3 - where I believe users might have questions that need a quick response.
Do you have experience with IRC? Which server (I often see freenode)? What do we need to do?

freenode, formerly known as Open Projects Network, is an IRC network used to discuss peer-directed projects
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freenode

I already created a channel #bigace on irc.freenode.net. You can use it without any IRC-client via web-interface at http://webchat.freenode.net/. Type your desired Nickname, write: #bigace in Channels field, fill in CAPCHA and press connect.
Later I post connection guide for some IRC clients.
