there is something wrong with Step 3 / 3: Create Community when I install bigace cms. there is no choice in Default Language. so the installment cannot continue. so please tell me what i can do now

Okay, I changed the behaviour a little bit.
Could you please take the attached file and replace the existing one at /misc/install/install.consumer.inc.php

after I click "next", there is information "Not properly configured, try again", just like before, so the installation failed.
please help me out . thanks .

That message pops up when you forgot to enter a field in the formular before.
Please replace two more files and try again - then you will be noticed about the missing field.
First is the file from my posting above (which is new, I replaced it 1 minute ago!) - the second one is attached here.

New files:
/misc/install/install.consumer.inc.php
/system/classes/consumer/ConsumerDefinition.php

The new error message
"Not properly configured. Add missing field "defaultLanguage" and try again!"

Did you replace all files I gave you? Can you create some sceenshots please.
Can you open the Source code for the page (where you choose the default language for the community) and copy it to http://pastebin.com/
